lately I have developed some sort of Insomnia. I feel very hard to sleep at night. I do get few hours of sleep in the morning. It is affecting my life now.
Just wondering if there are any medical professionals here in sajha who'd like to talk about INSOMNIA, which would possible help people with this condition.
Avoid Caffeine and/or Nicotine at least 5 hrs before sleep.
Avoid Stress/Anxiety of any sorts while you lay on your bed.
Dont work out in the evenings, if you do.
I cant recommend any medical cure to Insomnia for you (may be prescription sleeping aids), but do your best to avoid any psychological causes that might have affected you.
strictly avoid accessing your laptops, tv, books, cell phones from your bed..
