H1 B expiring. Please suggest college that offers CPT in first sem.

My H1B is expiring this Oct. i have never been on bench through out my 3 yrs of H1b and have worked regularly for all these years. My company has also filed for labor for GC under EB2, which is under process.
i am currently with a consulting company. They have agreed to file for an extension. i am very scared due to the new memo issued my uscis on jan 08. more over my company is currently under audit by DOL.

i am scared that there are high possibilities of the extension being rejected.

Can some please suggest me any university that allows me to take CPT in my first sem so that i can continue working with my current company.
Can my company still continue filing for my GC while i am in F1??

Your suggestion will be highly appreciated.

try MUM(iowa),NOVA(VA) and some college i heard in colorado not sure though.

Join online classes up to 2 quarters and you can work anywhere for that duration. They will set up examination centers through out US for final exam.So you don't have to worry about traveling to CA. It's the best for working students like us.

It's always good to have a backup plan, but the memo itself might get withdrawn before October. Let's wait and hope it does.

WOW!!! Emerald thats really a good news.
but again my visa is expiring on oct so i will have to file for renewal before that so dont know what will happen.

try itu.edu dude,

u dont need gre/gmat

they offer online classes, so you dont have to move there

you get the CPT from the very first day,

tuition is reasonable,

and its full of indians
