Help on Tax file and how to install TFX file reader?

I am having problem doing my tax return. I have a stock account with scottrade, I am trying to export data on my computer so I can later import that file using Turbotax.

I downloaded TXF from cnet.com but I can’t open it.

Just need help to find out what and where can I download a program that read TXF file.

Or is there any body CPA who can help me over the phone. I am willing to pay.
