WHAT IS THIS....has the prirority dates for EB3 moved back to 2002???? since when?????

This was moved last year when they ran out of visa nos. New nos will be assigned by Oct. It should move to 2005 then.

Haha, I just get irritated with lotsa people asking question in sajha and then disappearing after getting answer. Some conceal their id by saying, "a friend of mine is doing a research on..." and others keep on asking about carfax report, if ut buying a car for thousands why do u anna illegally obtain the report?
By the way I answered each of ur specific question, what. Part was inadequate? Would u be satisfied if I give u a GC? No need to answer this one. Just venting out my irritation.

It is not a personal prediction.. and neither of us can predict it correctly... it is already predicted in Visa Bulletin jan 2010... here is the source too.. enjoy!! Remember .. it is still a prediction.. nothing is set on stone.. however, it would be a lil more authentic prediction...

Based on current indications of demand, the best case scenarios for cut-off dates which will be reached by the end of FY-2010
are as follows:

Employment Second:
China: July through October 2005
India: February through early March 2005

If Section 202(a)(5)were to apply:
China and India: October through December 2005

Employment Third:

Worldwide: April through August 2005
China: June through September 2003
India: January through February 2002
Mexico: January through June 2004
Philippines: April through August 2005
