Can anyone reinstate their status after stayed 2/3 years in US as a out of status student? My friend really need help at this time? Do you guys have any solution????????

Not only you and your friend but also thousands of we sajha visitors are out of status or illegals. That's how our life is moving. Let's live with it.

Get advice from competent immigration attorney. It may be costly but there are several ways out to legalize your stay here in the US, but to reinstate the F1 status may not be possible after so long.

I reinstated with a sad story and $75. But that was long time back. Things may have changed after 911.
