As someone said.....hard to pick three only....

1.Forrest Gump/A beautiful mind/Mona Lisa Smile/Frida

2. Black Hawk Down/Saving Private Ryan

3.A walk to Remember / Radio / (especially Radio brings tears to my eyes..)

Among others are (animals) SeaBiscuits, and there was one I watched it long time back when I was a kid...Its about a dogs and cat - a real adventure....

Also, guys please put all the movies that u have watched and u think they are worth it....

I am trying to make a list...seems I need to do a lot of watching during holiday seasons

I do agree with the thread originator

I love many movies but just picking 3 all time favs.

I would definitely go with

1. A Beautiful Mind
2. Shawshank redemption
3. Saving private Ryan / Forest Gump / Green Mile these are all damn good movies I couldn't miss any of those .

-The Kite Runner (A really good movie story)

-The Life of David Gale (Kevin Spacey at his best, better than Usual Suspect’s Keyser Soze)

-Ek Hasina Thi (One of Bollywood’s best movie)

-The Namesake (A good Mira Nair’s movie about a couple’s journey from Calcutta to New York)

-“Legends of the Fall” and “A river runs through it”. (Little Long but feel good Brad Pitt movies)

Waiting to watch "The Road" based on one of my best novel by the same name, written by Cormac McCarthy the guy who wrote No country for old man.(actually the movie did not impress me much).
