The room s large and can accomodate 2 persons easily.....there's one kitchen and 2 baths to be shared with my parents. Rent is $600/month and includes all utilities, high speed nternet, one parking space and washer/dryer. Food, however is not included. NO LEASE!! but first and last month deposit is required and is not refundable. Ideal for professionals or students. Person has to be neat and well organized. It looks like the one we looked for sometime back. Is it 600 including utilities or 600+utilities. We are looking for no more than 600 in total and only for three months. So total amount we can pay in 3 months is 1800 or less.

Hi, I don't quite remember you but if you are going to be living by yourself, then the rent is $600 including all utilities but if you have a partner, then its $650 including all utilities. There were two tenants living in the room previously and they paid $700 including utilities so I can't go less than that if its going to be two people living in the room.
