How do people get lice?
You can get lice by coming into contact with living lice or their eggs. This may occur with close
sexual contact or from sharing personal items such as combs, brushes, and hats. Head lice may live on items such as clothing, bedding, and towels up to 3 days. Crab lice can live up to 1 to 2
weeks on such items.

How is it treated?
Nonprescription products, such as Nix or Rid shampoo, can be used to kill lice and nits. If a
nonprescription product does not kill the lice, your health care provider may prescribe a shampoo
or lotion containing the medicine lindane. However, the nonprescription medicines are safer for
preschool children than lindane. Lindane can cause seizures if it is not used correctly. Carefully
follow the directions for its use, and do not overuse it. If you are pregnant, check with your health
care provider before you use any type of anti-lice shampoo.
When you use an antilice shampoo, lather the shampoo into the area where the lice are. Leave
the shampoo on only for as long as your health care provider has told you. Then rinse it out
thoroughly. One treatment is usually enough, but your health care provider may recommend that
you repeat the shampooing in 1 week.
If the lice are in your eyebrows or eyelashes, you will probably need to remove them carefully
with your fingers. In some cases, medicine that is safe for the eyes can be used.
After treatment with antilice medicine, the dead nits will still be on the hairs. You must remove all
of them. Otherwise, if you see nits several days after your treatment, you will not know if they are
old dead nits or a new infestation. Use a fine-tooth comb, tweezers, or your fingers to remove the
dead nits.
As important as the treatment of the hair and skin is the treatment of your environment, which you
must rid of remaining lice. All clothing, bedding, and towels must be laundered. Sometimes
people are advised to buy a special lice insecticide spray to use on furniture. However, careful
vacuuming may be as effective in most cases.

I believe this is the correct way to get rid of jumra.

Things you will need:

1 electric hair clipper.
1 head and shoulders.
1 bottle of aftershave cologne.

First wet your hair with water. Make sure it is an even distribution or else your hair will get entangled in the clippers.
Once you've achieved the desired wetness, turn on the electric razor. I suggest you put it at 0" (without any accessory comb) for optimal usage. Now slowly start mowing your hair down, a stroke at a time. You should check yourself in the mirror to see you are getting an even cut.
Repeat for the remaining length of hair until you can see nothing but your dandruff infested scalp. Once done, it is time to wash your bald head.
Apply generous portions of Head and Shoulders onto your scalp. Use a metallic scrub if needed to scrape the dandruff fungus from off your scalp. The jumras love to mate in this gooey substance.

Once your scalp is shiny, pat it down with aftershave. It might burn a little but it will help decontaminate the area.

Look at yourself in the mirror and smile. You have successfully gotten rid of the Nepali jumra.

Subtle notice: this only removes jumra from your cranial hair. For all other infected sections, the process might not be as easy and you might have to buy additional accessories.

Have a nice day :)

Not sure someone suggested this?

First of all your aunt needs to be cured which is the main source of lice. Start from her and if you use over-the -counter shampoo  or other meds for couple days, and you side by side, will be fine in couple days.

Lesson learn: Let's not be shy to request our friends and family to take care of their lice before they proceed.

Sounds over smart to do so, but there are nice way to say things.
