I came to US in F1 visa now I m out of status and my studies r still incomplete. I really want to complete it but in US in impossible until u do paper marriage which is my last option. Can I apply to some other country from US? Will there be any problem if I do so?
"
now I m out of status "
what do u mean by that..Clarify ur problem, maybe can give u suggestions..
so far I know, you can still go to college and enroll into classes eventhough you are out of status but that won't change your immigration status to F1. My advise is you should go to your intentional student office and express your concern. They know how to deal with this situation. I have see couple of such cases which are better handled by international student office.
pyaradeshbasiharu : I applied for reinstatement and its been denied.
and dolphin : I tried talking with them but they said to go back asap.

Darknite,
Sorry for the denial of reinstatement..And i think your status is gone retroactively, i guess..And that's why Your School told u to go back ASAP..
I don't think anyone of us can give u a solution and i assume that even the Lawyer can't help(They may have some ways to handle this thing but i think it's not worth the time and money)..
Couple of info's for you..If u remain illegally present in US for more than 180 days it will trigger a ban of 3 years i guess and the ban period could reach 10 years depending upon the days if U stay illegally here..
Darknite, this a tough time for you and i hope that u make a prudent judgement..Personally , i encourage you to go back at the earliest so that it may not jeopardize the chance for you to come back to States in the Future..
hey pyaradeshbasiharu I am aware abt the consequences, all i want to know is about applying other country from US as student or tourist. Can any embassy get on u in trouble .?????

Yes they Will...They can pullout Your record anytime from any Consulates..
So , it will also depend on How much Illegal days your are Accruing? If the Day is Less say 5-10 then they might overlook it(if u have a genuine Cause I.e Being Sick etc) , otherwise the chances are Bleak..
Hope It helps
Darknite, I don't know that is your next step but if you are planing to go to different country for your education you better leave US right now. things are different now and lot of information are shared between countries or at least western or developed countries on immigration. your illegal stay might create a problem during visa processing in other countries.
once u get ur denied letter how many days can one stay in US?
i didnt get this. if u really wanted to study how come u were outta status. sorry no offence. the only option i see will be to go to NY or some other states and work for couple years and save some money. otherwise leave country and reapply or try canada or australia. or may be complete ur bachelors from Nepal and apply for masters again.good luck.
Bro, there's no point going back. I'd urge you to get paper marriage ( nakkali ). GC ayepachi ahile samma bigreko sabai kura bancha. If you were to go back, you'd have to start all over again. And there's no point going back to Nepal ASAP because chances are, since you've remained here illegally, you might never get a visa to come back again. The choice is yours.
"
nce u get ur denied letter how many days can one stay in US? "
It depends whether ur extension is denied retroactively or not(Chances r , it may be)..Which means u r already staying here Illegally and accruing Unlawful Presence..In that case u don't have a single day to stay here in US..
If ur Extension is not denied retroactively then, there should be the day written in Your denial Letter to leave the US..
