First of all welcome to sooners state aka Oklahoma. Its a nice place and indeed you came to one of the good university in Oklahoma. Good luck for that. I wish i can help you but i stay little far from university of Oklahoma and i go to different university. Unfortunately there are not much Nepalese in your university but the small community of Nepalese in that place if prettty good and helpful. I have heard like that but i am not sure though. The place where your univeristy located is called Norman. I am sure there is a International student service and also Nepalese student association too. So try to catch some Nepali over there and i am sure they will help you.
