No doubt about it. Will win his 15th Grand Slam and all time leader by passing Pete Sampras. Its Roger's world in tennis baby!!

aingnam,

I am not so sure what you hve said.  Look at record of margeret court . 62 Grand slams including 24 singles.

Yeah, In men's tennis probably federer is all time greatest along with Rod Laver.  Rod Laver missed five glourious years in tennis because of some sort of ban. Or else his record would have been incredible. But rod laver has an amazing record of winning all four grand slams for two years.

He is the great player but it was a very tough game. Andy Roddick played very well too, his record is 146 mph service and 160 aces could help him to be a winner because he was playing against champion of all time.

Just cause RAFA is out Roger got a break and won....it would have been nadal all the way if he hadnt been injured.

Why we have to bring the what if question? Just go with the situation. Eeven Nadal was present, without facing the match you can not forcast the winner. As I said , it was not a easy win.

If HariKanchha had been to a good privet school , he may have joined MIT or UCLA  Stanford or Harvard ( though he joined the Business  School in VA)  but did not now he running a pizza shop in CA and his story would have different? Right ???????????????????? ,

No what if???????

i don't know if it is such a good idea to compare atheletes of different generations. I know RF has more losses than wins against Rafa. Yet, no doubt, this is Federer's era.
