Hey guys! I'm sounding like whites.... Hey Mitra haru!
I want to donate to an orphanage in Nepal, I do send from time to time with friends. But how about Paypal? Any knowledge??? I really appreciate your help. Cheers!

I don't know if this helps but there are some cause worthy charities in Nepal I had previously come across whilst browsing online that takes PayPal donations! So I don't know if you have a particular charity you wanted to send money to but otherwise try my suggestion.
Also, nice to know that you donate to charity. Thumbs up.
