Labor Certification(PERM)
Go to http://www.trackitt.com/usa-immigration-trackers/atlanta-perm to see the current trend. DOL is approving October 2007 audited cases and Aug-Nov 2008 regular cases these days. So it all depends on your PD, what is your PD by the way?

Raju
What is it that you're doing about it beside telling other people to be concerned? Please...enlighten me. What specific steps have you taken or at least tried to taken to help the cause?
i apologize vimsen bro ...i know i am wrong thanks for your suggestiononce again i am sorry
Mr. Raju, don't get me wrong, but I am tired of hyprocrites like you showing off your self-proclaimed patriotism on a entirely irrevalent issue at discussion. You think people who come visit sajha and talk about different problems are NOT concerned about border enchroachment by India, or troubling developments in our country? You stupid dumbass, open up a thread and lets have a discussion, lets see how much you know about the subject and how much you are concerned about us? Just by sitting on your sofa and parading your patriotism does not make you MORE concerned than anyone else here.
i apologize to you too nell i am sorry ...
There are two thing to be popular: One being bad person and one being a very bad person or psycho.
Raju161 is not meant to be in the 1st category by default, So he like to be go thru second category to become popular.
Regarding DOL approval, its around 6 months or more.
Krishnaramjee, ........thanks for your feedback. I applied for labor cert. (EB 2) in 2008 Feb. Haven't heard anything since. Employer/lawyer say they have no clue. B'coz of rising unemployment DOL is not approving anything.
How far is this true, Krishnaram jee ?
Bhariayadai, You should better check once again with your lawyer.. They are currently processing for Nov/Dec 2008 ( Got from my lawyer couple of weeks back)
