Has it happened to anyone?? Does anyone have had this feeling before, that all the frienship here in the states is fake, and even the best of the friends do not remain best...is it bcoz of money? Does money matters so much that you forget your best buddies?? Any similar stories with u guys??

i dont know but i think its more about time than  money and ofcourse your self attitude..

It may be the difference in princile and priorities. Over time people have different priorities and the differences may be more imminent one of the friends start taking things for granted. When people start taking you for granted it doesn't become fun anymore. It could be about many things and among them money too.
