I think your employeer  should be responsible for any expenses on your labor certification, but for the process after the LC, it depends on  you and your employer.

Does anyone know the time frame it takes? Also, is there a spot where you can check the case (other then employer login)?

Thx

-   No govt. fee for labor filing but attorney fee is there.

-   Current trend shows around 7+ months to get the labor approved (not 100%

about the time frame, may take more)

-   Only employer / attorney can check the case status. but one can check the

     approval/case status trend at: http://www.trackitt.com
