This is in Florida. but there is also a recently built (about 2 years ago) upside down building in Poland that has been attracting a lot of tourist every day.

Quite close, Eagle Eyes! This shot was taken from the roof top of Reggae Bar in Thamel. Surrounding buildings are restaurants.
