how many nepali thita go to gym regular. Many people when they want to build muscle or to get six pack look,what comes to their mind is weight lifting or using abs machine and equipment such as roller, sit ups, captain chair among others. In case you have this equipment at home make sure you follow the rule.

   nepali dal  bhat is mitho.but buhdi badaya kothito namitho. sano pinki jatro mal  khojna nai keti haru la garoo  bhudi la garda  kancha lai nhatna nai garo.

I am with you bimal. weight training is very important to be in shape, keeping pressure,cholestral and many more in check. I have done many research on it and found the most helpful videos of "vicsnatural". After 7 months of efficient workout out , i am proud to say i do have great body and all credits goes to..... healthy diet, joining health club and youtube vicsnatural. Good luck and keep updating

I really want to build muscles but i am thin (not too thin though). Well I am afraid that i will get more thinner if i go to gym. can u suggest me what should i do?

Mrans, you will build muscles if you go to gym.  do right exercise and eat protein if you want to build some muscles.  but be careful, while doing exercise, you have to follow rules.  dont do everything in a day. 

 

biceps and back

triceps and chest

legs and calves

shoulders and forearms

abs and your weak portion

please note that your muscle need 48 hrs rest after you do exercise.
