gedagudi, seems like you got ticketed on wrong time, but you check 'plead not guilty' on the ticket and send it back. You will get a court date on mail and appear on the court on that day. If the cop who ticketed you doesn't appear, you win the case. Otherwise, just pray to god because you were delivering pizza and no one really believes you're not speeding.
Rules vary with states and I am not an expert and I never went through this process. If you're in NY, you have very less chance to win.
Good luck!
janamaa maa eutaa saathi ko kathaa ho...
he was angry/confused because he pleaded not guilty on the ticket, and still the court sent back a letter saying he was guilty and ordered him to pay a certain fine by certain date or else...
i asked him again if he was sure he didn't mark the "guilty" box instead of "not guilty" just by a mistake...
he assured me saying...jhan tyo "guilty" lekheko chheu ko baksaa maa guilty HOINAAAAAAAAAA bhanera "X" gareko re...LOL...guilty bhaako bhaye ta correct mark laaunthe...guilty nabhako le cross (X) gareko re...
khurakka paisa tira sathi,
not plead garera kaam chhaina, they will have the full record of that time including radar log data everything, even in most of time they will have video record. So no use.
maile pani dherai tireko ho speeding ma, jai speeding. speeding garau, tara nabhagau, paisa tirau, US ko economy mathi puryaun.
I pleaded guilty as I was speeding at the time I got caught. I don't know what you were doing though. I assume you were. So, plead guilty and take some social work so that it would not appear on your record. Find more info about social work at your country sherrifs customer service. Just call them and ask what are the procedure, before your court appearance datesa pproach.
I hope this will help.
Poonte!!
