What do you think if uneducated person from Jumla is asked about Ganesh himal, and answer would be? You can guess. Solukhumbu would be the answer, if smart one is asked. About international, they are likely to be correct on India, as they have to visit there for the work.

What I am saying is: it depends on people. You can not just say "Americans has no GK." They are the smart ass, who manipulate the whole world.
