What you are trying to do seems kind of ambiguous. However, I would maybe start with an organization that is already there and then have a program within the orgnization--http://www.anmf.net/ shows America Nepal Medical Foundation. This could be helpful instead of starting a new wheel and distributing the resources and people.

Just a thought.

We are motivated by monetary & a career
success and some other reasons.  Some of you may disagree on my saying and
you may argue your way. Very few students went back who were motivated by many reasons;
some of them may be making good money than USA. If you are in Student visa, J
visa holder are you going back home after your OPT? Most of us will not. Do you
think the county only needs tech person? And MBBS must stay home and
serve?

So, why we are picking up on those MBBS who are working as GAS
attendant or cashier?  Like us, they could not make money, could not find
a way to be corrupt, and did not like to be corrupted. They moved for better
living and doing what they could do just like you and I.

Let’s say, Welcome aboard to Land of Oppertunity, let’s enjoy the living of USA.

Phock you very much Sarkozy and casino. Your attitude shows your upbringing. I pity you guys!!

LeJaKub, try to be more specific with your question. Did u mean studying medicine as attending a medical school or into a residency training. From your question it implies attending a medical school.
But if  you meant residency training then visit the above facebook link and you may get your answer.

I see a few threads regarding this.

Firstly almost nobody fails in the first 2 steps in the USMLE.A few people do fail the step2 CS examination, and this exam can be reattempted almost immediately. And a doctor working at a restaurant may sound hilarious, but they need to support themselves for about 6 months to 1 year, and they are here with a B1/B2 visa,so they can't work legally. Also once he gets into residency and finishes it and starts practise, the dude will be the one laughing-all the way to the bank that is.

It takes a couple of years of struggle, but once they get in,they will be the ones set in life. Also if a few absolutely can't get into residency, there are a lot of places they can work at and earn a very good salary. Not everyone has to be in the US.

We should be encouraging to our people that are trying to do something with their lives. My 2 cents.
