As the King is out of his power and position now, how likely is it for the future government to re-examine and disclose the hidden and secret episodes of the Royal Massacre? or Will they keep silent as this could be one of the agreement between Republicans and Royals??
have your say..

In my opinion, we could excuse Gyane maila even if he grand designed(Girija ko Words ma) the royal massacre. But u guys wanna guess who should be punished more than Gyane??????????????

If u remember "Nepali rambo".
He just misled people by makin false Report.

Now guess who is that Nepali Rambo?

Taranath Ranabhat aka Nepali Rambo....
well, he acted weird when he presented the Royal Massacre Report. He was stupid to do that, no doubt. Using words like 'Bhatatatatata' and aiming the gun at reporters and saying 'Hanidiu?' is very irresponsible. That's the reason he doesn't exist in Nepalese politics now. That's the punishment for him.
But lets think from his side. He was Speaker of the house of representative. Any person as intellectual as him knows about how stupid he looked when he did that. He was forced to do present the report. And so did he, but he made it hilarious. He may have done that to show the world that even he himself doesn't believe what was written on the report. When a person is asked to taste sugar and questioned if it is better with gun on  his head, he will certainly say it was better.

Today, Maoist leader Bhattarai spoke about re-opening of the Royal Massacre. In his usual diplomatic way of answering questions, he seems to be very soft and polite on this matter. After seven years of the incident, there are very few physical evidences that still exists. The only medium that unveils truth is the words of mouth. To bring the truth, a committee, unlike the puppet committee lead by Mr. ranaBhatatatatatata, should soon be formed without any delay that has power to interview each and every person that are directly or indirectly linked to the the incident.
I hope ex-royals have not bargained to the Maoist about hiding the truth for the giving up their status. Maoist must do its best to bring the truth to the world.

There are more pressing issues facing daily Nepali life rather than wasting time on this BULLSHIT. This is like George Bush opening up JFK assasination cause he is not happy with previous investigations. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY, MONEY, AND VALUABLE NEPALI GOVERNMENT RESOURCES. Manchey haru lai Nepal ma ek chaak khanaa dhau dhau bhairakhya belama yestoo waiyat cheez ma tyo bhayeko tyo ali ali paisaa khaarcha garera ke phaidaa ?

How about addressing difficulties facing daily Nepali Lives first like Water Supply, Electricity, Price Gouging of Food, Fuel etc. etc. THEIR JOB IS TO TAKE CARE OF NEPALI PEOPLE NOT WASTE TIME ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE.

AND PEOPLE HERE IN SAJHA NEED TO STOP THIS BULLSHIT TOO. IS FINDING BIRENDRA KILLER GOING TO BETTER AVERAGE NEPALI LIFE ? NOPE ... THEN SHUT THE HELL UP.

R u kidding me? Who the [bleep] cares about the royal massacre? Its old news. I would rather make sure they focus on future events and future development programs for Nepal.

And why are the Maoist among others talking about Royal Massacre? Compare the people that died in the royal massacre to the amount of people that got massacred by the Maoist movement.

You cannot kill innocent poor citizens and take away their land and call your movement a revolution war. They will always remain a terrorist in the eyes of the families who lost loved ones.

Hopefully someone has some brain and directs the resources into something more useful. Or at least opposes to the idea of wasting resources on something that doesn't develop Nepal.

for me, reopening it is far more important to focus on stability and economic progress of the country than reopening the cases.   if they can do everything, great.  if they can punish those corrupted leaders from the past, including those ones from panchayat system and after 1990, that would be great too.  but i seriously dount this is ever gonna happen.  right now, we need good leaders with vision who can lead country in the right direction.  we need economic growth in the country.

I think the point here should not be who benefits or who cares abt re-opening the case of the Royal Massacre that happened years back. It is about what the Histoty of Nepal will have in contents; if the case is not opened, it will always be written in the history that a proper investigation was never carried out and this will remain a mystery forever. No matterwhat the outcome, a fair investigation should be carried out. Besides, it does not requirethw whole country or the government to cease all nation building developmental work to focuson that investigation....common people- all they require is a small group of qualifiedprofessionals and that is all. Furthermore, I don't know if this is going to happen, but the future Maoists led government shouldalso carry out investigations on all the Massacres they have carried out or have been responsiblefor and punish t
