Need some helpful suggestions about finding a solution after gradution.
hae guys,
i m a senior in Finance graduating this fall. i m so confused abt wht i m gona do after i graduate.what will be better, go for masters or look for job. does anyone have anyidea if there is any agency training for graduates in finance.well, i appreciate if i get some helpful suggestions regarding this matter.thnks in advance.
Look for internship for fall semester, It's hard to get internship in summer but fall is good time. If you get internship you have very good chance of getting Full time job without the hassale of consultancy.
I don't know how will be the scanario of job availability after masters in finance. It's hard to get job in management field, though supply chain and Taxation have good cahnce of getting job.
All the best
ha ha carkeyjee (karki) mahadev afai uttano par kasle dine bar jastai bhako chha ni. aba next fall dekhi afaile kaha kam khojne ho bhako chha yaar baru yeso kata tira kam khojdai garnu parlo baru yeso shujab bhaye diye hunthiyo lol.
with the economy doing bad and big investment banks laying off so many employees...
bear stearns almost collapsed... merill, lehman bros all the other major firms also laying off workers... ur best solution might be goto masters.. as your job prospects are low... Unless u are some super smart genius... if u are average from average school... sorry man... goto masters.
I would say it's wise to go for master.
Carkeyiee,
Intern is the best way to secure job. So if you can please get and intern and do your best so that they will offer you a job. Else, it will be difficult as said by many of the frens above. I would try for job rather than masters. Once you have job you can take one or two courses and complete.
But, from my experience EXPERIENCE COUNTS A LOT AFTER BASIC EDUCATION LEVEL. Just having master's is not enough for you to be hored So, if I were you, I'd look for intern or job !
