Dear all,

Himalmedia is pleased to offer FREE downloads of 104-page Photobook that's been described as "presenting Nepali democracy in pictures."

Hard copies of the Photobook were distributed FREE to
tens of thousands of subscribers (of Himal Khabarpatrika and Nepali Times newsweekly) all across Nepal and parts of India earlier this month as a Nepali New Year souvenir.

What a pleasant surprise. It's good to see you at your favorite hangout, even though in snippets, now that you have different priorities for your time.

Thanks for the link. Downloaded. Great stuff. BTW, would it be asking for too much if the PDF setup was done on standard letter sized (for US folks) and A4 size for non US folks, so that the images would not be distorted/lost on edges when printed?

Stunning images of the history of Nepal in making !

Thank you Ashu and Himlmedia for such a wonderful gift.

These images will bring the face of changing Nepal close to and stun us, particularly those of us who were, for various reasons, disconnected with the changes Nepal went through in recent years.

Time to reconnect, make sense of the changes and own/belong to it, I believe.

Great Gift !! Also thanks for the Calender you sent me.

Kudos to the person who conceived the idea - the owners wil feel proud to possess this and will be reminded constantly for the historic changing times.

Kudos to the editors who did not forget the house keeping personnel --> true team spirit !!

I downloaded a copy. Many of the pictures are halved, may be because of the spread on the pages in the book. or did i do something funny?

Give us a little bit of time before we fix these minor nuisances completely.

On another note, together with Photo Concern, Himalmedia is hosting an exhibition of these photos + some photos of recent elections at Nepal Art Council Hall at Babarmahal, Kathmandu.

Date: May 17 (Sat), 18 and 19.
Entrance: FREE

If you and your friends are in Kathmandu, do come to the exhibition.
