Babban Singh, the main accomplice and most wanted criminal has been leading in the polls as the only independant candidate. He has been associated with the Bomb Blast incident in KTM which took life of 3 innocents some time ago.

He has been in the most wanted list of Police and Maoists have been looking out for him. He has been underground since the incident. He could not campaign for his candidacy. His family members campaigned for him requesting to vote for him to save him. "Vote for me or i will commit suicide" has been his his agenda.

People are listening to him and he is leading as the only independant candidate.

I just can't understand that if someone is in Police wanted list; how could EC entertain his candidacy?

Fighting in the armed conflicts is different than to attack in political rallies and kill innocent people. people who claim to be Nepali is expected to understand.
Law does not prohibit war, most of the time the means and methods of wars/armed struggle/armed conflicts are regulated. If someone transgress the limit, no doubt he is a culprit and must be brought to the bounds of law.

I understand the case of Babban Singh is entirely different than the Maoists. There are incidents where Maoists have violated the rule or attacked just based on political ideology, that must be investigated, and so the killings by King G, kamal Thapa, Tulsi Giri et al but to compare these incidents with the terrorising actions of Babban Singh is simply fail to gauge the essence of waging war.

I have no business to defend any mao in this forum but I think some people are not intelligent enough to differentiate and simply putting all the blame of ill happenings in Nepal on Mao.
