Any hindu priest, who can perform bartawan in the bay area; or if any place where it can be done?

please provide some information.

Go to any hindu temples in the area, and the PANDITS there will perform such functions. I know the Pandits from San Bruno temple, Sunnyvale temple and Livermoore temple perform such functions

You can either go to Fruitvale hindu temple or Fremont temple. By the way, are there any nepalese christians in the bay area? Just curious...
