Nepal's government has agreed for the first time that the 240-year-old monarchy should be abolished. ( BBC news)

Who gave these 8 chors, to decide Nepal's Fate. There should be a referendum on this issue.

and what about the 60-40 PR system and the 600+ samsads, do we need that many samsads for sucha small country.

Do we nepalis, in Nepal and outside have no Say in Nepal being a Secular/ Non HINDU nation and Nepal being Republic ?

If moaist don't have the balls to face election then why join politics ? Why have election when in Name of Jana bhavana you can do what ever you want.

F u ck Nepal's Politics.

Man I am the citizen of that country and the SOB 7 leaders doesn't care about my right. People lets get united .................we need to teach those 7 bastards a big lesson.

The take decisions on such big national issue for the sake of bringin the maoist back to govt.

Now its high time to depose Mr. GPK.

Lets do it.

The only reasoning behind this agreement is to bring Maoist back in the government which they quit just to garner some bargaining chip but were desperate to go back since then. Dear leaders, you have once again succeed in confusing 23 million Bheda Junta in your words. Enjoy your stay in power.

Regarding abolition of Monarchy, you have back tracked your own agreement. Previously, you have agreed that you can abolish Monachy if it acts against CA election but now you have agreed to abolish Monarchy after the election. To me it seems like a direct challenge to Palace saying, disrupt election if you can. Good job guys, you can bit even Carl Rove in political manupulating.

Thanks for the above comments. Who made them our leaders bhaneko ?

well Lots of people don't like Bush, but there are tons who voted them and he is their leader.

I did not Vote for Girija nor the Seven other so called parties. How can they be my leader ? and make descisions on behalf of me ?

Its not like they are representing small issues here, its something that will change Nepal's history or Nepal's existance itself. In democratic practice, should there be no opposition. Here , if anyone tries to oppose the Mighty 8 dal, they are called regressive or Madishe.

wtf

everything is taking a dramatic unexpectable turns.

i'm quite sure that it'll again get entangled at some point ahead and the agreement will fail although it existed in the paper. consequently, such promised election for april will have to be put off again.

now only god knows what's next or the leaders of these 3  major parties.

well recently it's been also pointed out that the terai issue is bigger than the conflict with maoists. so who's gonna take care of that. it is another element to get this all messed up again no matter what sort of political consensus they reach.

nepal is fuc*ed up...its always gonna be the same as it is...people's voices will never be heard and whatever the political veterans decide is gonna happen...infact it would be we all nepalese supporting behind these parties no matter what they do..afterall from when a common nepalese became able to think or decide anything for himself?
time for some more sleep i guess...

one day you wake up ur country is declared secular.

the other day its declared a republic.

and ur the citizen of that country as much as Gpk and Prachanda and you dont have your say. Where else you find this perfect example of democracy where 3 people........fu(king three people decide for all of us.
