This laws are for people who are using other's peope Social Security number, or who are using fake numbers . If the number doesn't match the name, then there is gona be a problem.

Federal Crackdown are based on the false usages of SSNS that doesnt match the name. If you've your own SSN but are illegal, you're safe !! TILL THE DATE !! or IF you're being paid undertable... you're still safe.. and its again TILL THE DATE. Not intending to discourage anyone but Early Detection is Always the Best Protection.

And yea casino.. no human is illegal!!! I've read an article from an undocumented immigrant, Go for the abstracts.. they're really touching!! Its a nostalgic blow: Overshadowed voice seeking hearing ears Seen enough, "break them, twist them, drag them, deport them, felonalize them, imprison them or legalize them, have equal respect to them," etc etc. If you're an undocumented immigrant - like myself - these are potentially linked to your emotional expectation of getting legalised. I'd call myself a Undocumented Immigrant not illegal, because its logically very hard to define it for illegal merely loving to live in this country of freedom and human rights with love to the people and respect to the existing laws or setting up a anticipations to reach the heights ONE DAY, (yes that one day hope never dies) exercising all the legal rights in this country. If i'm to be illegal, anyone who were ever undocumented in this country qualify to be LINKED somehow to this highly offensive tag "ILLEGAL". I stay away from crime, i'd like to honor the laws but need an opportunity, and i'm here for no harm so please take this tag off me and put it on who's a felon, murderer, who is into terrorism or is involved into anti-law activities. What's goes wrong if i'm added up with existing legal residents of the country? Instead, coming out of shadow and being exposed helps boost the economic and security status of the country. My legalization enables me to pay the income taxes as well as i could also registered to the concerned governmental agency that aids ensure the security of the country to some extent. Besides i contribute my effort, knowledge, skill or prespective in the certain sector of my ability in this country. I cannot be always be generalised as none qualified cheap labors, no not necessarily. Many of me could be highly qualfied having the potentials in my field of expertise that the country is always in high demand of. Closing the door to demonstrate my skills is less my loss, but could be the country's more. I also could be the one who has all family dependent on my income for living, my failure to support them financially might be fatal for their survival and existing obligations. My poor mom might be waiting for her son to pay her a visit the soonest, -an uneducated, non-english speaker, living in a very poor urban village, havent even seen a simple means of transportation or effect of electricity- is aware of most of the major immagration development, or my wife might be making the fake consolation to her kids of their daddy's arrival when they deny their lunch or dinner without their dad. I'm bound up that i cannot go back in order to support their survival through the every-day hard work earning, unless i'm able to do back and forth. I might be undocumented but i've emotions too, mostly for the ones whom i've been struggling for. Miracle would be the day when i get to see them bring them here. I cry being nostalgic all the time, emotionally or sometimes the tears forces their access off my eyes. I've started witnessing my moral and emotional attachments to the country itself where i'm living being labled Illegal, to its people and the way it is. I'd pray all my life for this country's betterment for embracing me as its one of the legal residents and in return, i promise that i'd never be of any harm. Hopefully one of 'em!

i know its a shame these mofos are trying to enforce their shitty laws which is definealy going to scare shit outta all latinos and most of the people who are living in USA illegally. But let me break it down folks, so we can all feel assured and will be able to continue life just like before, 1, ppl carrying false social security numbers are subjected to be fired only when SSA sends letter to respective employers about false SSNs. Period is 90 days. 2, if the place/company wherever you are working has less than 10 employees, nothing to worry about.they care where employees numbers are bigger than 10.But you know, its good to be careful than sleeping dumb. 3, people who have obtained valid SSN when they first arrived the countrry legally and after few months or years, they lost their status, nothing to worry about buz this new crackdown aims at false SSNs. As long as you have a valid number, you good. Now, what these mofos are also saying is they would try to make it easier for employers to veryfy immigration status of employee they are willing to hire or has already been hired. that freaks me out a little bit. but the good thing is most of us dont work in chicken farms, or strawberry fields or constructions(where there is mass numbers of illegal latinos).those are big employers meaning they got human resources and stuff to check status and they will do check buz thats where the FEDS are watching. Talking about small time employers like restaurants and gas stations, they will never your immigration status as long as you got valid SSN(which i believe most of us do, even f not, lots of ppl get paid under the table). The reason they wont check is buz simply they got no human resources and bullshit like that. lastly, tracking SSNs and checking immigration status are two different things. Remember, they are enforcing laws to track ONLY the false SSNs and they are trying to make it easier for employers to veryfy immigration status only if they want to.so, ppl who are senior citizens(illegals) need to be little cautious, watch out for urself and friends, stick to big cities. Respect the law and dont do stupid things like drunk driving and taking pics of FBI bldgs. my little selfish advice... try to catch some jumbo jets and get married.I know its a situation of life and death when they are on top of you but i guess options are limited. Meantime, if you find any slim fit, preety ones, please dont hesitate to inform me:)
