Hey guys i need some help, I have been out of status due to unavoidable cirumstances and Now i would like to migrate to canada, can someone help me and let me know if that is possible for people who were admitted to this country legally but has been out of status for a while? and also the FBI Clerance, will that set me up for deportation?

Actually, FBI Clearance is only to show that there is no record of criminal history. I know someone who did this recently who was out of status also for Canadian PR..........It really doesnot matter NO DEPORTATION, DON'T WORRY. Please do the fingerprint and send it to them. Make sure to put " DATE YOU WILL NEED THE REPORT BACK "and WHY YOU NEED THE REPORT ....Reason: Canadian PR on outside of the envelope as well as inside in a seperate sheet. They will send it to you within 3 weeks itself if you put the stamped return envelope with it. Don't worry, it is a easy process........
