Is driving with Nepali license allowed in Maryland?
Is driving with Nepali license allowed in Maryland? If yes, for how long....
i dont know about maryland but in california if u have nepali driving license and u have passed written exam, you get temporary driving license. As far as i know u can drive one year with that temporary license.
Why dont you rather exchange your Nepali Driver's License with Md's. Its easy that you dont need to go from the initial learning permit or anythhing... the best part of it is you'll be handed your MD driver's license within a day or two if you make it through smooth.
MD is one of those states that offers drivers license to the people regardless of their immigration status... SSN isnt a must. For more information.. GOOGLE!
and regarding CA.. being in possession of the drivers license of your country entitles you to drive in CA as long as its unexpired.
Gaffadi bro,
I think you are allowed to drive for 6 months with nepalese license but if you get into a wreck (accident) you will be in a big shit, So If I was you I would rather try to get a license instead.
Just checked with License office, foreigner are allowed to drive in Maryland with foreign driver license for a year..
Vivid Dude...can you explain little more on exchanging nepali license...
Just adding one more thing to above posting...
the foreign driver license must have english representation (meaning only non-English license is not permitted)
