Has anyone given Sun Certification for Java Programmer SCJP? If yes how did you prepare for it. I am finding it very hard. Please help.

Get a SCJP book by K&S, and go read seriously each chapter. 80% of your job is done. Then practice as much questions as you can from anywhere. But first read the book throughly so that you dont miss anything from the syllabus.

hello I'm just joined as a sun support engineer here in nepal....these days i'm learning solaris...employer says i will have Sun certification... I like to ask...how is prospect of sun/solaris engineers...?? Type in whatever u know about sun/solaris in nepal or outside nepal..US,AUS,Uk.,INdia Best Regards, Buts202

Thank you Crystal Cracker and buts404. Yes I am reading that book SCJP by K & S. I took the test and I failed. I prepared for the test for more than a month. I am planning to take it again. wish me luck.
