GUNDRUK, DAL BHAT, TALKAARI, MOMO, KAUSI KHO MASU, SUKUTI, CHANG, TOMBA, JHAR, RAKSI, ......ETC > " Himalayan Aroma" SURE IF I COME TO TEXAS AGAIN I WILL SURE ENTER YOUR RESTUARANT. MAKE SURE THERE IS CHANG, JHAR, TOMBA AND RAKSI WITH SUKUTI AND KASI KHO MASU. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR VENTURE

Sajhakohero- Yes., there will be sukuti, we just ordered new stove just to make sukuti. We can't promise about gundruk, but we do have dal bhat with kasiko masu. We have hired a lawyer to process liquor license, it will definitely be approved, can't think about Nepali restaurant without "Jaad". U_day- Beltine and Northagate is in Irving, Texas (Dallas) BigBallaR- Thanks for the best wishes, hopefully we won't be out of business, we are better prepared and planned.

eikenella DAHLING YOU BETTER HAVE IT. SUKUTI WITH JHAR OR TOMBA IS MY FAVOURITE NEPALI FOOD. AND MOMO WITH HOT,SPICY ACHAR AT THE SIDE. NOT FORGETTING ANOTHER OF MY FAVOURITE, KAUSI KHO MASU WITH RASKI. AND YEAH ANOTHER REQUEST YOU SHOULD HAVE BBQ PORK. BBQ PORK WITH JHAR IS ALSO MY FAVOURITE DISH. Bhima is a funny dude. I like it when he tries to "looto" me in a fucche phone card, but we badly need someone to give his chicken momo san chicken a tough competition. I am tired of eating his "mo: mo: jasto lagcha" cuisine. There were few nepali restaurants before, but all failed miserably.And why not? Some sold stinky "khasi ko masu ko ledo" and some gum bhanda chewy pork sukuti.. Eikenella I hope that atleast you do not disappoint us.
