I WOuld never suggest any nepali students to come to texas by transferring from any other state. Its terrible. Its so insecure environment. I don't know why the security has not been beefed up. Almost every year, i hear very bad knows. shot and shot...Its like our parents back in nepal are sending their children to the death mouth..... why would we choose only texas as the transfer destination. let us turn around to some other state............ its not depressive but very disappointing too.

i also don't like students coming in texas to earn money .just for the shake of money they ignore their studies . i feel so bad when someone killed in gas station . i doon't think texas is place to work and live..here are many black and mexican people who are involved in crime ...it's not safe to be in texas...

you are absolutely right. I am stuck in texas. I am looking for way out. Its not the weather that is hot, everything hot, chicano, black and even white.
