I totally agree with Babuandnanu. This is time that when our brother is in need.He is not actually the culprit, but culprits are those who have made fake chatting id and is playing the game of the voilation of human right. they are unaware of this factor that in the name of traking crimnals they are destroying the someone future and playing with the life of innocent people.if someone who lures you talking about sex and asks you to go on date. then obiouslly one will go there. what the hell american police are doing this and thinks about themi? Are they trying to play game with us. is it crime to share our emotions? is it crime to talk about sex? well I do not see any mistake and reason for taking Mr.Bista in custody coz instead the cops of florida should be taken in custody for voilation of personal secrect using its fake id.
What you guys fail to see is he has not committed a crime. And Khaobadi, the person who is was chatting with was not a minor, thats the truth at hand. If you want to play this game of "what if," I am sure I am being a little more imaginative too. Yes, I see the pigs have upper hand in this, mainly because of who and what is involved in this issue, but I really think someone whos in a position should step up and stop this circus in the name of crime fighting.

Granted it was unfortunate that he got caught, and he was one of usv(Nepali), that does not mean his actions were justified to begin with. I feel sorry for his parents, who spent years and years of their blood, sweat, tears on him with a simple wish to see him succeed...but, alas...it was not meant to happen. I think we should let the legal proceedings take its course....Being sorry for his family is one thing. I don't think being sorry for him and his actions are warranted. Just my two cents !
