When you are disappointed, frustrated, and full of sorrow, make a plan to work at something and begin the work immediately. It does not matter what the work is, it could be a craft project, a home improvement project, gardening, a project at work, etc. Just dive into the project and start working, you will find that your mind will be occupied with the details of the project and you will have a sense of accomplishment as you continue to work. The action of the work will bring you back into a positive focus and help you to regain your positive attitude.
