1) I would be suspicious. Could he be a devil and am I selling my soul for a million bucks?
2) I would tell 'em to shove it up their you-know-where.
3) Depends on the future prospects. If it is a dead-end job in Fargo with no possibility of advancement or lateral movement, and the job in Nepal is attractive, of course, I would take the latter.
4)If it is just for few years (less than 3?) and it is a serious relationship, I would ask her to wait. I would work my ass off, amass lot of money, so that our life together will be comfortable back home. Delayed pleasure, so to speak.

You CANNOT give away or shred your Nepali citizenship. The moment you do that, you become persona-non-grata, which would also mean your US Green Card will no longer be valid.
You have to be a verifiable citizen of a foreign land to be a US Green Card holder.
Mind you, Green Card is not equivalent to citizenship.
