Guys , I celebrated new year eve eating lots of these momos. What did you do?
Achar ko recipe, detail ma write la. afu le asti banako, lasun nai badi bhayechha, bihana samma mukh ghanai raha.
1. cut 4 tomatoes into quarters
2. grind garlic (2 pcs) with mortar.
3. Chop green onions, chillies, and corriander
4. Heat the pan. Put oil
5. fry chopped green onions, chilies and garlic along with ginger paste in medium heat
6. after a minute, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and stir for a while
7. let it simmer for couple of minutes
8. stir again and add some water, if needed, and cover with lid and keep it in medium heat for 4 minutes
9. see if tomatoes are cooked well or not.
10. after you find it's cooked, add coriander and then serve
thanks for the achar recipe. i thinks that is the way to go. would you please aslo write the recipe for momo becasue it is obvious to myself that you make better momo as well, so why not learn and improvize my momo skill right? do you use pork or chicken?
