when i said we are religiously bound together, i meant we haven't have any religious war as of now. the division: brahman, chhetri, vaishya and shudra is the result of british hegemony over india and subcontinents and their imperialism and the divide and rule policy.
yes, we have differences in ethnic line but we go to same temple, worship same gods/goddesses, follow same culture (almost). So there is no religious differences as of now.
