Santosh Ji My company is trying to file L1A visa for me. They want to file the process as soon as 365 days have been made. However they are telling me that if I have spent any days out of that 365 days outside then it is counted agaianst the 365 days. Is it true? But, I have continuous pay check for One year. Thank You
