Home Minister is seeking divine blessings and powers to fore-see any such events happening and adopt strategy to prevent them. Transition phase has always been ideal for miscreants, now with Dasain on its way, incidences will only increase in numbers, and our HM is on a pligrimage, no wonder nobody really knows who is the authority in Nepal. Now with Pasupatinath, and Vishnu Avtar sidelined, we need aliens to keep an eye on the place closest to them on Earth.
