I am trying to go to rehab from sajha. I mean I am still online 24/7 but I am not on sajha all the time. It is my frist day and I am doing good. Whenever someone says they are addicted to sajha I feel like laughing. Not to make fun of them though.. Its just that I have tried again and again to get rid of my addiction to sajha but then for some reason i come back again and again and again. Though I am more of a silent reader nowadays than an active participant but sajha is something I see myself browsing through 10 years from now too (that is if it still exists, which I whole-heartedly wish it does!) The solution.. let time take its toll. One day u will realize that the topics dont interest you as much and u will slowly drift away.. though (according to my assumption) you will come back here now and again to see whats going on!

Well said "Rythm". It is just like going to Nepal chat and avoiding it for years then going back again. It ain't an addiction unless you abuse it. Try to put a limit to the duration of time you will be spending in sajha.com. If you are that helpless try blocking the entire site by playing with your spyware or firewal. It might help. how about limiting the number of posts per week as 20? So that people will not start arguing too much...posting hell lots of comments. if they dont argue too much, they dont tend to look back at sajha as frequently as they would if they post some comments.. this is true in my case, dont know about others.

Those who quit never tell. :D I know exactly how you might be feeling right now... There is a point when you realize how much is too much. eh... Too much time wasted on sajha... I've been there and I've done that, and I am still doing that... So, goodluck with it. eh.. Clean yourself up, stay sober and stay strong. :D Sometimes even a good thing ain't worth it. :D
