Least polluted, road accessible, nice metro/town in Nepal
If you could have a first (or second) home in Nepal -(outside Kathmandu or other heavily polluted metros) where you can spend a substantial amount of time or even live full time or retire some day, which place would you choose?
And Why?
1. Very low pollution - big priority
2. Accessible by good road 12 months - big priority
3. Decent internet, water, electricity
4. Opportunity to enjoy nature hikes etc - preferred
5. Essential shopping for basic food and necessities within a reasonable distance (does not need to be very close) - medium priority
6. Good weather (no extreme hot or cold) - medium priority
7. Local airport with link to ktm within driving distance like within 3 or 4 hours drive (would be nice to have)
8. Schools and employers (not a big priority)
9. Safety and security (big priority)
10. Fancy shopping and restaurants - very low priority
