Why Nepali law protects criminals?
Why are Indian and Nepalese criminals protected by the law? Instead of showing who they are to the public, the criminals are allowed to hide behind the mask.
Does anyone know the logic behind this practice?
Because until proven guilty in a court of law, they are just the accused.
Even European countries or US does not allow accused people to hide behind masks. People are publicly handcuffed and taken to jail. After their guilt is proven in court, noone barely gets to know about the verdicts. They should be exposed all the time so that other people too are afraid to commit crimes.
