Its about time.

We will also continue to make unannounced and random visits to all H-1B employers across the country, both before and after any petition is adjudicated.

  • The H-1B worker is not working in the intended location as certified on the LCA.

If I were you, I 'd pick up the dam phone and call the immigration attorney right away.

Consulting with any immigration attorney is free for half an hour on the phone.
Write down all the questions on a piece of paper so you are not going to forget what to ask within that 30 mins.

Its better to be on the safe side then to be sorry.

Sometimes Angles from the sky speaking to you. Just listen and do it.

Good luck!!!

P.S. I know once you put fake resume out there, its for forever

Not sure if this will happen, because then USCIS will be spending much time, energy and finances on reaching out to all the concerned people in US. Maybe they will do it, but then they might be wanting to hire a lot of resources just to track the activities they do not like.

I know once you put fake resume out there, its for forever
This might not be true all the time. I have seen people starting with fake resumes in H1B and all, now most of them are making pretty good money (around six figures). A couple I saw started with 7-8 years of experience and then as they started to work, they kept erasing one line of experience from their resume every year. Now people do edit and change their resumes every now and then, even the people with genuine experience too, because of page constraint and also they say to put only last 10 years (?) worth of recent experience in the resume right? As far as I know, the resume builders do not recommend you to put more than 10 years old experience on resume, just to say you are relevant and that your work profile is present. So the resumes stay there forever, it does not really sound like the truth written on stone to my understanding. Who is going to hold you accountable now about what you have written in your resume 5 years ago or 10 years ago? This is pretty dicey!

Not exactly sure how it is going to turn out now after all this hullabaloo going on regarding H1-B fraud. As far as I sensed, a lot of consultancy companies and all those people who did multiple filings are just keeping quiet and hoping that this shall pass without making any bigger fiasco than it already is. Now who is going to come out in open right, saying I did multiple filing and all. I believe, previously USCIS allowed people to do multiple filings if the job offers are genuine, but people took it to the extreme level, how can a single person have more than 15 job offers of H1-B petitions? This is impossible as a greater truth is coming out that there is some kind of gangs involved who is extorting money out of potential H1B candidates and then splitting the money between all these 'supposed' companies. No wonder, a lot of them are having sleepless nights currently. Sadly some innocent ones, who had no idea whatsoever about all this fraud but are a part of these companies unaware, they are also made to suffer for long in future. As we all know USCIS will always think you are also a part of that fraud if you belong to the company who is doing it, when you may not be involved in reality. It's all messed up now. This has made the whole H1-B more difficult petition as a process altogether for posterity.
