Please watch this link!!! It is important. Watching this what i got is TPS for Nepal is very iffy next time. So it is important we urge this Administration to redesignate TPS for nepal.
Just Chill!!! Why would a Nepali TPS holder demanding for redesignation?
Biden Admin already extended TPS for Nepal Till June30, 2024. And two months before expiration it is going to extend again for another 18 months.
Now, suddenly TPS holder asking for redesignation? Why is that? Do Nepali TPS holder knows what redesignation means? Or they are doing what Adhikar telling them to do.
Why Nepalese TPS holder is concern for new out of status Nepalese in US?
Is there any new Earthquake in Nepal? Is Mass tropical disaster killing 1000s of people?..So if not, where is this coming from?

whether it is feasible or not will depend on DHS assessment.
@tps8249: Well, Adhikar organization can do whatever they want, but using Nepali TPS holder to demand Biden Admin, who already give extension to Neaplese TPS holder till June 30, 2024, is not much a pleasing process to US govt.
Nepali TPS holder concern was they were about to kick out from US by court decision, but Biden Admin helped them doing extension till June 30, 2024.
Now suddenly, Nepali TPS holder are asking Biden Admin to give New illegal Nepalese who got here crossing borders a new TPS status for Nepal.
Life is not that easy.

I don’t know if it’s right or wrong to redesignate TPS for Nepal. But I know it’s a wrong idea to come here on Sajha and ask for assistance or even talk about it. Actually asking for any assistance here is plain stupid. Most people will not help instead make fun of your situation and give sarcastic responses. There are very few that actually want to help but they are not going to have the answers either.
I'm here just to help myself and others on TPS. I have been on tps since 2015 and like myself many of you have built life around it in US .. supporting family here and abroad and paying taxes. It'll be a terrible calamity to me personally and many others as well if TPS is stopped. We know it's Temporary but we would like it to be extended.
TPS decesion is in the courts and the debate begins sometime in June.
The irony is lost on people who oppose this and make fun of it are the same ppl who applied for "refugee" status many years ago. Anyways, i wish you all the best. And I'm hopeful TPS will get extended and GodSpeed maybe path to citizenship.
