I am coming there in August and looking for 2 bed rooms. I am a male grad student mid 20s and my friend is a lady mid 20s in her grad program as well. Good access to public transport would be great. We have a budget of up to $650 per room. Willing to go slightly up.

Thank you so much for the responses. I missed out on putting the location. Going to clark university. Looking for rooms around boston; medford, cambridge, somerville.
