Democrats says if plan B fails , there is plan C
Looks like Democrats will finally ghooda taking with republicans . They are ready to have a bipartisan talk if B fails. While some of the republicans senators are OK with some immigrations provisions like DACA tps some farm workers and essential too.

Give Republicans tight border security and give Democrats daca and tps papers. That should be good deal. Too bad Democrats are totally incompetent. I’m convinced Democrats only use immigrants for political bargaining chips. Ironically Republicans are more favorable to immigrants.
Their plan B is updating the registry to around 2010. That’s not going to help a lot of Nepali people unless they move it closer to 2020. Also, I doubt the parliamentarian will allow it and since Dems don’t have(thank Manchin and Sinema) the votes to nix the filibuster, I don’t see real reform coming anytime soon. This is really unfortunate though. I recommend people to look for other more permanent options including moving to Canada if they have enough points to qualify under FSW.

MacDonough’s reasoning is iron clad and shuts down any plan B, C, D…Z being included in reconciliation bill, unless dems have balls to get rid of filibuster and bring separate immigration bill on senate floor. The reason she gave to rule against inclusion of plan A applies to all alternative plans dems are talking about. Dems are only fooling you people.

I don’t get it. So with plan C people in TPS will be forever in TPS? It’s neither here nor there. It’s not fair to the TPS holders, as it evades a permanent solution.
