My parent just received Biometric test appointment for Oct 13 and we have requested the I-539 for Oct 15 and have flight on Oct 13 night. So what is the better solution, they can stay more or better to leave in the planned date, if somebody already faced such a situation, would be appreciated.

I am just curious wouldnt there be problem if left US while green card in process here?
