Meditation was the power of our civilization. Rishis used to find the ultimate truth through meditation and we have all heard about the power of meditation. Yet, how many of you actually have practiced it? Even the West has found so many benefits that they are turning towards it, but more for relaxation and stress relief. They are the real purpose but certainly, that is what they see the benefit for. Looking at the Western lifestyle, stress relief is actually a great use of meditation. During this pandemic working on a meditation music channel has been a great project for me, apart from blogging. Another benefit of meditation is boost in immunity so it would really be in your interest to pick up this good habit, at least 10-15 minutes a day.
