Hi I am looking to move to North Carolina permanently and I still have few months before I go to North Carolina. I was wondering how difficult is it to transfer the license from New York board to North Carolina board. As part of NY exam eligibility, I had gone through CGFNS CVS certification. Does anyone know if CES certification is also required to transfer the license by endorsement?

Yes CES is required.
when you have ur cgfns ces report, it is pretty fast. you can also get a temporary license..
Toefl is not required for endorsement.
