B1/B2 visa when embassy opens, tell her not to tell embassy that she knows you .

@mangale - Don't we require to provide some sort of sponsership from US relative or anything or anyone can apply for B2 ?

No need sponsorship. Yes anyone can apply for B1/B2 and assure visa officer that they will return prior to expiration of the visa. She can apply for F1 too
